2023 PAYSA /Lightning Summer Soccer & Sports Camp
We are excited to announce Maine Lightning’s newly designed summer sports camp with a particular focus on soccer. The mornings all week will focus solely on soccer, and in the afternoons campers will have a choice of more soccer, additional sports, and/or fun games and activities. Campers can choose to attend half day, either morning or afternoon, or stay all day for loads of fun! All campers receive a ball & a tee shirt.

WHEN | July 31 – August 3 (Rain date of August 4th)
WHERE | Lyman Moore Middle and Lyseth Elementary School Athletic Fields
171 Auburn Avenue, Portland
AGES | Boys and Girls ages 4 – 13

Morning structure for soccer camp by age:

For 4 & 5-year-olds, soccer camp is from 8:30 am to 9:30 am & costs $50
There is no all-day option for 4 & 5-year-olds

For 6 & 7-year-olds, soccer camp is from 9 am to 11 am & costs $100
See below for an all-day option for 6 & 7-year-olds. They will join the 8-year-old group from 11 to 12 pm and will be charged a total of $150 for the morning

For campers aged 8 through 13, soccer camp is from 9 am to 12 noon & costs $150
See below for an all-day option for 8 through 13-year olds

Campers who do soccer & stay for the afternoon will have lunch from 12 pm to 12:30 pm

Afternoon information:

The afternoons are for campers aged 6 to 13 years old & costs $120 per week / $30 a day ~ partial week campers are welcome.

The afternoon session will be from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm and campers do not need to attend the morning soccer camp in order to attend the afternoons

We will offer a choice of supervised games and activities: soccer, kickball, touch football, baseball/softball, arts & crafts, nature walks, and more!
