Maine Footy, Maine’s newest professional sports team and only professional soccer team, begins play THIS Sunday at Memorial Field as part of the United Women’s Soccer league. The team is looking for PAYSA players for the following on-field activities:
– March onto the pitch with players from Maine Footy and New England Mutiny for the national anthem.
– Ballpersons on the sideline to assist with getting balls that go out of play
– To take part in a 10-minute scrimmage during halftime
If you’re interested please wear a PAYSA jersey and plan to be at the stadium by 5:30pm (game begins at 7pm). We’ll organize players for the various on-field activities at that time. All players will receive free entry to the game.

United Women’s Soccer (UWS) is a national pro-am league composed of professionally operated clubs within the United States and Canada. UWS provides high level competition for college players, aspiring & former professionals, and international stars.
