The PAYSA Board of Directors is proposing amendments to the PAYSA Bylaws. The amendments have been unanimously approved by the PAYSA Board of Directors and will be submitted for final approval by affirmative vote of two-thirds PAYSA membership present at the November 12th Board of Directors meeting located at Sea Dog Brewing Company in South Portland from 6pm – 9pm. Amendments are necessary and vital to the continuing success of our Organization and Board Structure based on current programming goals and future challenges.
