A big THANK YOU to all of our soccer players, parents, coaches, volunteers, board members, and referees for a fantastic 2016 season.  We look forward to our 2017 spring and fall programs!

It has been a pleasure serving as President of the Portland Area Youth Soccer Association. Taking part in spreading the joy of athletics was a wonderful experience with a great crew! My daughter’s experience with PAYSA was so much fun to watch and take part of along with the hundreds of others that have participated in youth soccer here in Portland!  I started back as a REC coach and have truly enjoyed every second, ending the last 2 years as President.  I will hang on as Past President with the Board but am excited to hand over the reigns to another REC coach and fellow parent, Nick Davala.  He has had lots of experience both playing soccer and running an adult soccer league in Boston.  He is very passionate about the sport and continuing with PAYSA’s values.  You are all in good hands.  Our Travel program will continue with Julie Littell at the helm and our REC program is looking for a Director currently as well as other REC borad members and volunteers.  PAYSA is always in need of volunteers so please let us know if you’d like to help, we are run solely on the help of parents and community members like yourself!
